Job Summary
Direct and oversee HCKids Elementary ministry for grades 1–5 at Hill City Church. Lead Sunday morning experiences, teach, worship, and manage large-group flow; recruit, train, and develop Elementary Leadership Teams; coach volunteers; ensure safe, welcoming environments and effective ministry logistics. Collaborate with the Family Ministries Team on curriculum, budgeting, calendar planning, and long-term strategy, and support the integration of Special Needs Ministry. Maintain clear communication rhythms with volunteers and uphold HR policies; participate in staff processes and growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and managing teams
- Prior experience in leading church ministry, preferably kids ministry
- Proven track record of ministry leadership within the local church
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Self-motivated leader with the ability to cast vision and execute with excellence
- Physically able to participate in activities alongside children and families
