Job Summary

Facilitate multi-day hiking tours across Albania, Kosovo, and Montenegro for small groups of international guests, providing leadership, decision-making, and customer service while educating clients on local flora, fauna, geology, and history. Deliver first aid and rescue support during emergencies, manage interpersonal dynamics, and assist with logistical tasks such as luggage handling and guesthouse duties. Maintain a humble attitude and ensure guest safety and satisfaction throughout the journey. This role requires mandatory participation in in-house training and an introductory tour before joining active seasons from May to October. Candidates must demonstrate fluency in English or German and a mandatory command of Albanian for supplier communication.
