Job Summary
The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum/Lean principles, driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence across compliance-sensitive initiatives in enterprise payments and financial systems. Responsibilities include removing impediments, upholding governance expectations, maintaining team metrics, strengthening stakeholder communication, and ensuring tooling hygiene. The role requires strong communication, relationship management, and project management skills, along with a familiarity with Java, Angular, and modern delivery practices. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Agile delivery roles is required.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years in Agile delivery roles (e.g., Scrum Master, Delivery Lead) guiding one or more software teams to consistent, incremental delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Strong influencing/negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Familiarity with JAVA, Angular technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.
- Understanding of modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.
