Job Summary
Senior Information Protection Analyst to execute and validate IAM controls across the enterprise, with a focus on the User Access Review (UAR) lifecycle, entitlement management, and audit-driven access governance. You will ensure least-privilege enforcement, consolidate audit-ready evidence for internal/external auditors, maintain entitlement inventories, and use IAM platforms (e.g., Saviynt) plus Excel for data quality checks and analysis. The role requires strong IAM concepts, familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC1/SOC2, HIPAA), and ability to communicate review outcomes and corrective actions clearly. Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience required, with 3-5 years of IAM/Information Security experience and 1-3+ years in IAM-related work. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of IAM or Information Security experience
- 1-3+ years in Identity & Access Management or related fields
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, large datasets)
- Familiarity with SOX, SOC1/SOC2, HIPAA
- Experience with IAM tools such as Saviynt (preferred)
- Experience with SQL for data validation or reporting
- Exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) or application access onboarding
