Job Summary
Information Protection Manager for IAM leads end-to-end User Access Review lifecycle and entitlement governance, ensuring least-privilege, audit-ready controls, and compliance across multiple regulatory requirements (SOX, SOC1/SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR). Responsibilities include designing and coordinating UAR campaigns, administering certification workflows, managing entitlement inventories, producing audit-ready documentation, collaborating with Compliance/IT Security/Audit, and leading IAM analysts to drive performance metrics and continuous improvement in governance practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience required
- 11-13 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Information Security, or related fields
- 5–8+ years of experience in IAM
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Saviynt, including campaign setup and entitlement analysis
- Strong understanding of SOX, SOC1/SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, and IAM control requirements
- Experience working with auditors and supporting control narratives, evidence collection, and remediation efforts
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
