Job Summary
Information Protection Advisor role focusing on Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls, with emphasis on User Access Review (UAR) lifecycle, entitlement management, and compliance-driven IAM processes. Responsibilities include executing IAM reviews across in-scope applications, validating inputs/outputs, supporting manager certifications and timely review completion, analyzing access anomalies, consolidating evidence packages for audit reviews, maintaining entitlement inventories, ensuring SOX, SOC1/SOC2, HIPAA, and internal compliance, preparing audit-ready documentation for auditors, identifying control gaps, and aiding remediation plans. Proficiency with IAM platforms (e.g., Saviynt), Excel, and SQL for data validation and reporting is required, along with strong communication with stakeholders and the ability to articulate findings and recommended corrective actions. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of regulatory frameworks, with a goal of maintaining a high audit-ready posture and disciplined IAM controls.
