Job Summary
Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-impact review of client contracts and set up Financials, Rebate & Pricing discount guarantees. Interpret client contracts to identify and configure financial systems, rebate programs, and pricing discount guarantees. Ensure timely reconciliation reporting by gathering results and preparing distributions to Account Management. Partner with cross-functional areas including Client Pricing, Account Teams, IT, and Audit to resolve issues and drive best practices. Mentor the team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and analytical excellence. Monitor workload allocation and prioritize activities to maintain operational stability. Drive adoption of artificial intelligence, automation tools, and advanced analytics to reduce manual effort and enhance process accuracy. Support internal and external audits by substantiating data and facts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 13 – 16 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business operations, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role
- Excellent PC skills with ability to utilize MS Excel and MS Access
- Excellent customer service with strong verbal & written communication
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Detail oriented with Critical problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to organize and plan multiple projects
- Ability to demonstrate self-initiative, work cross functionally to resolve issues as they occur
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA
- Knowledge of PBM and healthcare industry
