Job Summary
Hands-on Category Management & Strategic Sourcing leadership role based in Hyderabad, India. Lead and mentor CMSS professionals to deliver procurement category strategies, negotiate critical supplier contracts, and drive cost savings and risk reduction in indirect procurement. Manage RFx events, contract drafting (SOWs, SLAs, Change Orders), and supplier relationships while aligning with GPTPMS process excellence. Requires broad knowledge of Source-to-Pay lifecycle, experience with Ariba/iCertis CLM, and ability to collaborate across a matrix organization. Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) in the Innovation Hub Hyderabad. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
- At least 6 - 9 years of relevant experience
- Some experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Experience with procurement and sourcing in an onshore/offshore model
- Exposure to Ariba or similar Procurement systems and iCertis or similar CLM systems
- Experience working with a matrix organization and other internal partners to execute on goals
