Job Summary
Lead and guide the team to provide strategic partnership in analytics, identifying and prioritizing opportunities for impact across Commercial and EGWP lines of business. Develop analytic solutions leveraging data science capabilities to embed analytics-driven processes and operationalize impact for decision-making. Oversee analytical, quantitative, and financial cost modeling while exercising judgment to conceive and deliver initiatives. Communicate with Senior Leadership and business partners to grow and manage financial results, ensuring client contract compliance through performance guarantee reviews. Manage key internal initiatives, participate in departmental projects, and support New to Market/Pricing implementation teams. Prepare strategic internal and external presentations to support execution based on data and analytical findings.
Required Qualifications
- 13 – 16 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, financial analysis, underwriting or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role
- BS in Economics, Statistics, Finance or other quantitative area
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- financial modeling skills
- Strong PC skills
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Self-starter; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in RDBM Datawarehouse
- Strong SQL knowledge writing complex queries
- Office Suite with strong Excel knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- MBA a plus
- PBM / Managed Care / Healthcare / Pharmaceutical experience preferred
- Preferred experience in VBA coding
- Preferred experience in Alteryx/Altier/SharePoint
