Job Summary
The Accounting Lead Analyst role at Evernorth supports accurate and compliant accounting processes, focusing on US GAAP and company policies. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in financial accounting or operations
- Basic understanding of US GAAP reporting (required)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and reporting tools (Hyperion, Oracle EPM) (required)
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- General knowledge of US NAIC statutory reporting (preferred)
- Experience in insurance or healthcare accounting (preferred)
- Familiarity with Tableau, PowerBi, SQL, Alteryx, Python/R, and Workiva (preferred)
