Job Summary
Lead highways projects in utilities sector from inception to completion, ensuring delivery against customer, quality, safety, and financial targets. Deliver highways drainage surveys, CCTV inspections, and wastewater asset surveys; coordinate multi-disciplinary and remote teams; manage commercial aspects across contracts; implement problem-solving and continuous improvement; mentor less experienced staff; ensure health and safety for office-based and field teams; maintain high levels of customer service and drive repeat business. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and IT literacy (MS Office/work management systems) are required; experience in high-risk environments and knowledge of drainage/sewer networks is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- PRINCE2, APM or equivalent Project Management qualification
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
