Job Summary
Manage projects in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget by developing project plans, creating schedules, and coordinating with disciplines and subconsultants. Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and communicate status updates to internal and external stakeholders while preparing reports and reviewing invoices. Lead team members through performance management, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high-quality delivery. Assist in marketing processes including proposal development and SMART Go/No Go decisions. Compensation is $140,000 - $180,000. Requires a Bachelor's in civil engineering and 10+ years of experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field from an ABET accredited engineering program
- 10 or 12+ years of experience
- Proficient in discipline specific software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Written and communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineer License
- Experience working with local clients at the county and state level
- Experience with multiple project delivery methods i.e. Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, P3
- Experience managing multidiscipline project teams
