Job Summary
Manage larger PennDOT and PA Turnpike highway design projects, including clients, municipalities, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. Lead overall project management for design, communications, personnel, budgets, schedules, quality control, and business development. Create and track client proposals, develop budgets and schedules, and prepare workload forecasting reports. Ensure compliance with environmental, survey, and permitting requirements while managing project risk. Coach, mentor, and guide team members, providing annual performance evaluations and career development plans. Direct contract agreements and pursue new markets and geographies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of eight (8) years experience
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) or other professional licensure in field of expertise
- Must possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a Project Team

- strong time management skills
- Must be able to interact professionally with clients, vendors, regulatory agencies, and other external sources in a professional manner
- Must be proficient in public speaking, creating presentations, and delegation
- Knowledge of Microstation, Open Roads Designer, and ASTA
