Job Summary
Supervise a crew of 5 to 8 employees on interstate road maintenance, ensuring daily transportation, equipment distribution, and adherence to safety standards. Directly oversee tasks including traffic control, litter control, and equipment operation while facilitating conflict resolution and reviewing daily workflows. Report hazards to management and maintain compliance with company policies in varying weather conditions. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and one year of road maintenance experience. Work M-F 7am to 4pm with occasional Saturdays, earning up to $20/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- one (1) year of experience maintaining roads
- operating equipment including self propelled broom, roller and or mower
- Must have a valid driver license
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions

- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
