Job Summary
Perform highway maintenance tasks including culvert cleaning, mowing, patching pavements, storm cleanup, fence and sign repair, litter/debris removal, and emergency response; operate equipment and hand/power tools (chainsaws, pole saws, weed eaters, backpack blowers) as part of routine highway/roadway maintenance; requires HS diploma, 18+, valid driver's license with 3 years of clean driving, and ability to work in adverse weather; training in highway/roadway maintenance provided; company offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of clean driving
- Able to work in adverse weather conditions
- Able to lift moderately heavy objects
- Be able to bend, climb, stand, stoop, or walk for long periods of time
- Accurate eye-hand coordination
- Ability to adapt to changing situations with work plans and work schedules due to workload or season
