Job Summary
Highway Maintenance Technician responsible for night shift 8pm-4am in the Nashville area performing pothole and fence repairs, seed/sod work, herbicide application, road patrol and debris cleanup, incident response, and heavy equipment operations. Position requires flexible on-call availability (including weekends) and adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations. Must have a High School Diploma/GED, maintain a clean driving record, pass background checks and fingerprinting, and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing manual labor. Strong safety focus and ability to use tools and smartphone applications; ability to adapt to changing schedules and environments. Total compensation includes base pay, bonuses, referral incentives, and extensive training opportunities; comprehensive benefits package available for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Maintain company standards for background checks (criminal record, driving record and controlled substance/drug testing)
- Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology
- Ability to use smart phone and applications

- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor
- Ability to operate hand/power tools
- Clean driving record is essential
