Job Summary
Assist in outside contact and communication for specific projects while supporting capital improvement planning, including cost estimates, feasibility studies, and developing innovative solutions. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on intersection design, traffic signal design, roadway signing, pavement marking plans, and traffic analysis. Obtain and analyze PennDOT's Highway Occupancy Permit Design Criteria. Prepare or modify reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, impact studies, permits, and designs. Review construction sites to monitor progress and serve as the on-site project representative. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and a valid driver's license. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000.

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of CADD Software (MicroStation or AutoCAD or OpenRoad)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver's License
