Job Summary
Assist in outside contact, prepare reports, specifications, and designs for capital improvement planning projects. Conduct traffic and signal operations analysis, intersection design, and roadway signing while monitoring construction site progress. Obtain and analyze PennDOT's Highway Occupancy Permit Design Criteria to develop cost estimates and feasibility studies. Serve as on-site project representative to ensure compliance with contract documents. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, valid driver's license, and proficiency in MicroStation or AutoCAD. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of CADD Software (MicroStation or AutoCAD or OpenRoad)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
