Job Summary
Manage PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) related design projects and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on intersection, highway, traffic signal, signing, pavement marking, MPT, and drainage design plans. Assist in outside project communications and prepare or modify reports, plans, specifications, construction cost estimates, and schedules. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and a valid driver's license. Full-time role with competitive compensation. TPD improves public quality of life through collaborative engineering solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Strong work ethic

- Willingness to work cohesively within a team
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of CADD Software (MicroStation or AutoCAD or OpenRoad)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver's License
