Job Summary
Oversee project administration throughout the construction cycle, managing technical, financial, and client satisfaction aspects from contract award to completion. Monitor contractor activities against design specifications and contractual requirements while coordinating schedules and maintaining budgets. Deliver weekly project status reports and ensure adherence to cost and delivery commitments. This field role operates in diverse outdoor environments with physical demands including lifting up to 35 lbs and exposure to inclement weather.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum Ten years of building construction management experience
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must be able to lift, carry, pushing, and pulling up to 35 lbs
- Must be able to handle frequent talking, hearing, standing, moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, balancing, coordination
- Must be able to operate a company vehicle
- Must be able to work in outdoor environments with exposure to inclement weather, heat, humidity, noise, hazard, atmospheric conditions, and bodies of water
