Job Summary
Retail Sales Assistants to join Sheet Society's new Melbourne store; part-time roles 15-20 hours per week with availability for late night trade on Thursday and weekends/public holidays. Responsibilities include delivering a world-class customer experience, educating customers about the brand and product features, driving sales and KPIs, merchandising and inventory tasks, and contributing to store culture and team development. Skills include exceptional communication, customer-focused service, styling advice, product knowledge, and collaboration with the wider team to maintain brand standards and store performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience within the retail environment, in a position where you have demonstrated autonomy and accountability.
