Job Summary
Provide expert communication support and deliver staff training and consultations to shape inclusive education strategies. Supervise and mentor Therapists and Assistants while partnering in multidisciplinary intervention planning across mainstream schools in Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth. Drive whole-school communication strategies by equipping key adults with skills to support pupils achieving therapy goals through a graduated response model aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a salary up to £58,000 plus bonuses, including 25 days annual leave and flexible benefits. Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Supervisory Experience
- Experience working at a specialist level with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- All successful applicants will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of implementing universal strategies and targeted interventions
- Experience working with complex behaviours
- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- Specialist CPD and/or training
- Trauma-Informed care experience
- Experience working with paediatric social, emotional, and mental health needs
