Job Summary
Implement universal strategies and targeted interventions across mainstream schools in Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth. Deliver staff training and consultations to empower school leaders, while supervising and mentoring therapists and assistants. Partner in multidisciplinary intervention planning to create communication-inclusive environments and drive whole-school communication strategies. Model effective interventions integrated into daily school life using a graduated response model aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a welcome bonus structure. Momenta Connect, a 15-year legacy hub within the Outcomes First Group, provides access to Inclusion Hubs and the Momenta 360 program for family and school reintegration support.
Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Supervisory Experience
- Experience working at a specialist level with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- All successful applicants will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of implementing universal strategies and targeted interventions
- Experience working with complex behaviours
- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- Specialist CPD and/or training
- Trauma-Informed care experience
- Experience working with paediatric social, emotional, and mental health needs
