Job Summary
Support teaching and learning across the school by delivering planned interventions and leading small group sessions. Assist with classroom management and pupil engagement while working closely with teaching staff and support teams to help pupils reach their full potential. The role involves a full-time position starting in September with a daily rate of £130, requiring previous experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant and experience supporting children with SEND. This opportunity offers a supportive environment with potential for a permanent position and dedicated consultant support throughout your placement.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable
- Applicants must hold a current Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable
