Job Summary
Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH and SEND, delivering targeted learning support and adapting communication to meet individual needs. Work within a trauma- and attachment-informed approach, delivering consistent, nurturing support to help pupils regulate, engage and succeed. Collaborate with multi-professional teams, therapists, families and external agencies to create a safe and structured learning environment; contribute to lessons for small groups and participate in therapeutic training (including at least 12 sessions) to enhance practice. The role includes supporting pupils with complex behaviours, contributing to positive pupil outcomes and opportunities for professional development within a growing national organisation.
Required Qualifications
- HLTA status or working consistently within HLTA National Standards
