Higher Level Teaching Assistant

HLTA to work across multiple class groups with pupils aged 4-19 with complex needs (SLD, PMLD, ASD). Be responsible for delivering outstanding Teaching and Learning when teachers are outside of the classroom, and be confident in the use of IT. The role emphasizes professionalism, safeguarding, resilience, tact, discretion, and the ability to develop positive relationships with pupils, families and staff.
