Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive assessments of installation Protection Programs across Antiterrorism, Physical Security, Emergency Management, CBRNE, and other disciplines in accordance with DoD and IMCOM requirements. Coordinate site activities, review documentation, and observe implementation of standards while providing coaching and structured feedback to installation staff. Prepare After-Action Reports, trend analyses, and Corrective Action Plans to drive enterprise-level improvements and inform policy updates. Travel approximately 25% of the time to CONUS and OCONUS locations for on-site evaluations, with the remainder of the schedule supporting remote work. Hold an Active SECRET clearance and possess at least five years of relevant inspection or assessment experience in two or more APP disciplines.

Required Qualifications

  • Active SECRET clearance
  • Minimum five (5) years conducting inspections or assessments related to protection programs for the Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Navy
  • Ability to travel to Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) locations
  • SME in at least two of the following APP disciplines
  • Former installation AT officer, or 5 years' experience conducting AT assessments
  • Current AT Level II certification
  • Former installation-level Physical Security professional or 5+ years of DoD PS experience
  • Knowledge of AR 190‐13 and relevant UFC physical security standards
  • Conventional Physical Security Course
  • Former installation-level LE professional or 5+ years of Department of Defense law enforcement or investigative experience
  • Completion of a formal LE or investigative training course
  • Former installation Emergency Manager or 5+ years of EM experience supporting DoW installations or enterprise programs
  • In-depth knowledge of AR 525‐27 (EM)
  • Incident Command System (ICS) 300 and ICS-400
  • 5+ years of experience in CBRNE, Emergency Management (EM), Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) response
  • In-depth understanding of DoDI 3020.52
  • Completion of CBRN, CBRNE, WMD, or HAZMAT incident response training from DoD, FEMA, or DHS
  • ICS-300/400
  • 5+ years of experience developing, reviewing, or implementing COOP programs
  • FEMA Independent Study (IS)-100, 200, 545, 700, 800, 1300, 2200
  • Prior experience conducting counterintelligence assessments as part of a protection program
  • DoD Counterintelligence certification
