Job Summary
VP of Sales for a fast-growing AI and data literacy platform leading the next growth phase. Own a founder-led sales motion, build a scalable, repeatable process, and lead a small team of account executives with a team quota, reporting to the CEO. Responsibilities include managing and growing a sales team, selling to deans and campus-wide executives, navigating multi-week to multi-month deal cycles, and operating in a remote-first startup culture with significant travel. Proven SaaS sales leadership in higher education, HubSpot proficiency, and a track record of scaling EdTech startups toward Series B are required.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years SaaS sales experience in higher education
- Proven sales leadership experience managing and growing a team of AEs
- Experience selling to deans, provosts, and campus-wide executive stakeholders
- HubSpot proficiency
