Job Summary
Senior Higher Education Technology Consultant responsible for shaping and delivering technology strategy across partnerships, leading technical input across pre-sales and partner implementations, ensuring seamless data flows between partner systems (Canvas LMS and internal SIS), designing scalable secure architectures, and driving compliance with GDPR/DPA while collaborating with marketing, sales, IT, and legal teams to optimise digital workflows and student experience.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technology Consultant, Solutions Architect or Technical Systems Analyst within Higher Education or EdTech
- Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems and education technology ecosystems
- Expertise in data integration architectures and APIs (REST, SOAP)
- Experience leading technical pre-sales discussions and stakeholder engagement at a senior level
- Strong understanding of data protection, security frameworks, and compliance (GDPR / DPA)
- Experience working with Student Information Systems (SIS) or similar enterprise platforms (CRM experience also considered)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
