Job Summary
The Senior Architect will oversee the preparation of plans, manage a small team for various Higher Education projects, and apply diverse architectural knowledge in project execution. Key skills include strong project delivery experience across all phases, familiarity with pertinent building codes, and mastery of various software tools including Revit and Bluebeam. Candidates must possess 7+ years of experience and relevant architectural licensure, preferably in the New England region.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 Years of Experience
- Candidates with prior Higher Education experience preferred
- Professional Degree in Architecture from an accredited University
- Licensed as an Architect in Maine, New Hampshire and/or Massachusetts
- Demonstrated skills in oral and written communication
- Strong working knowledge of building, accessibility, and life safety codes
Desired Qualifications
- LEED, WELL or another focused accreditation
- A collaborative spirit and desire to work closely with teams of designers
- Involvement in community and/or design-focused organizations or associations
