Job Summary
High Volume Support Specialist responsible for cradle-to-grave ownership of customer inquiries from a high-volume consumer and business base. Deliver empathetic, solution-focused support across email and live channels, coordinate with KYC/Financial Crime teams, and escalate with context to resolve issues while preserving retention. Drive first-contact resolution, manage multi-channel workflows, educate customers on product usage, and proactively identify friction points to strengthen loyalty. Influence product teams with insights from customer interactions and maintain adherence to high-volume KPIs, using critical thinking and strong written/verbal communication to turn challenging interactions into positive advocacy.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role (preferred in FinTech/SaaS/Tech)
