Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role preferably in a high-volume/high-growth environment
- ability to own end-to-end customer inquiries
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
- experience with KYC and Financial Crime collaboration are a plus
- ability to work autonomously and balance empathy with regulatory guidelines
