Job Summary
Maintain and troubleshoot high/low voltage electrical equipment and process instrumentation in a GMP-driven, startup-style manufacturing facility. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on 4160/480V electrical equipment (circuit breakers, main switch gear, motor starters, fuses, BIAS/GFCIs), and on instrumentation (temperature, pressure, flow, automatic control valves). Install/modify electrical and process instrumentation, read P&ID drawings and schematics, and ensure cGMP compliance with ALCOA+ documentation. Requires safety-focused execution, potential shift work and overtime, and ability to work with CMMS (GMARS) and basic Microsoft Office tools. Prioritize minimal downtime and effective repairs, collaborating with multiple crafts and maintaining equipment and buildings across utility locations; proficient in documentation practices and capable of handling hazardous environments.
Required Qualifications
- High voltage electrical experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post Offer exam completion
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
