Job Summary
Conduct on-site property surveys for high-value residential homes by visiting locations, taking photos and measurements, and documenting construction materials and unique features. Generate estimated replacement values, identify major hazards, and communicate gathered inspection data through the Loss Control 360 platform. Coordinate and complete surveys within your own schedule while managing web-based report submissions. Work independently from your home office, interacting with homeowners and insurance agents via phone, email, and in-person. Requires a late model vehicle, smartphone with camera, and measuring tools.
Required Qualifications
- Must have smartphone, tablet and personal computer
- A late model reliable vehicle and Auto and General Liability Insurance
- High speed internet
- Digital Camera or Smart phone with 16mp camera or greater
- measuring devices such as: laser, soft tape measure, or measuring wheel
Desired Qualifications
- Prior underwriting experience
- Prior inspection experience on residential homes
- Loss control experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Professionalism
- Construction experience
- BA or BS degree
