Job Summary
Conduct on-site high-value property surveys for Bronx and Westchester counties by visiting homes, taking measurements, photographing features, and documenting construction materials and hazards. Generate estimated replacement values and communicate findings via the Loss Control 360 platform while managing your own schedule and web-based reports. Professionally interact with homeowners and agents by phone, email, and in-person. Work from a home office using a smartphone, tablet, and Windows PC with a reliable vehicle and necessary measuring tools.
Required Qualifications
- High level of professionalism
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have smartphone, tablet and Windows-Based PC
- High speed internet
- Digital Camera or Smart phone with 16mp camera or greater
- measuring devices such as: laser, soft tape measure, or measuring wheel
- A reliable vehicle
- Auto and General Liability Insurance
Desired Qualifications
- BA or BS degree
- Prior inspection experience on residential homes
- Loss Control experience
- Prior underwriting experience
- Construction experience
