Market in assigned neighborhoods face-to-face by speaking directly with homeowners at their residences to explain the free roof inspection service and set qualified appointments. Stay active working outdoors while building real, qualified opportunities in person rather than cold calling from a cubicle. This full-time W-2 role offers hourly pay plus commission and bonuses, with weekly compensation and top performers earning up to $1,350 per week. Schedule includes Monday through Saturday hours from 9am to 7pm, with 40 hours within operating time and team transportation provided.
