Job Summary
Engage directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to set qualified appointments for free roof inspections. Provide exceptional customer service while representing Southern National Roofing professionally during face-to-face interactions. Work actively outdoors to meet daily targets, utilizing team transportation for your route. This full-time W-2 role offers weekly pay with earning potential up to $1,350 per week, including hourly compensation, commission, and performance bonuses. The position includes health, dental, and vision benefits alongside a 401K plan. Southern National Roofing is a top 100 contractor nationwide with over $20 million in annual revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable with face-to-face communication and interacting with homeowners
- Positive attitude and motivation to succeed
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work 40 hours per week within scheduled hours
- High school diploma or equivalent
