High Speed PCB Layout Designer (RF / Optics)

Job Summary
Design complex multilayer PCB layouts for RF front-end circuits (GHz range) and high-speed interfaces, including differential pairs with tight impedance control, RF transmission lines, and matching networks. Collaborate with hardware, SI/PI, mechanical teams; perform constraint-driven layout using CAD tools; ensure compliance with signal integrity, EMI/EMC, thermal and mechanical constraints; contribute to stack-up definition, material selection, DFM/DFA, and fabrication deliverables (Gerbers, ODB++). Participate in layout reviews, support manufacturing through design for manufacturability/assembly, and drive high-frequency performance in optical/datacenter products..
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of PCB layout experience, preferably in RF PCB layout (GHz frequencies)
- Proficiency in Cadence Allegro / OrCAD PCB Designer (preferred) or Altium Designer (acceptable)
