Job Summary
Yearbook program leadership and teaching responsibilities in a high school setting, including coordinating the yearbook project, supporting students in designing, editing, and producing the yearbook, managing deadlines, and maintaining filing and project documentation. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, OneNote, and PowerSchool; ability to learn school-management software; strong English communication skills; independent time management; positive interaction with parents, students, and staff; adherence to the school’s Statement of Faith and mission; compliance with health and safety requirements (First Aid/CPR, TB clearance, fingerprint clearance, I-9 verification) and maintaining confidential information. Demonstrates an evangelical, Bible-believing church affiliation and a commitment to the school’s conduct policies and conflict-resolution framework.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree required
- First Aid/CPR Certificate
- TB clearance within the last four years
- Criminal Justice Fingerprint clearance
- I-9 immigration verification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneNote and ability to learn PowerSchool (web-based school management software)
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to work independently, manage time, handle multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills for filing and detailed project assignments
- Maintain a productive workspace environment
- Positive attitude with parents, students and staff

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Health and physical endurance for assigned responsibilities
