Job Summary
Organize and lead wrestling cheer practices and activities while teaching routines and performances for wrestling events. Supervise student participants, promote sportsmanship and school spirit, and coordinate schedules with the coaching staff and Activities Director. Attend all scheduled practices, meets, and required activities while ensuring student safety and adhering to district policies. Serve as a positive role model for the Southeast Valley Community School District.
Required Qualifications
- Must be dependable and available for scheduled practices and wrestling events.
- Must meet all Southeast Valley CSD and Iowa requirements for extracurricular personnel.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous cheerleading, coaching, or experience working with students preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, coaches, staff, and families.
