Job Summary
Deliver specialized instruction for high school students with mild-to-moderate disabilities and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) addressing academic, social, and emotional needs. Build meaningful relationships using positive behavior management and crisis intervention strategies to support student growth. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create flexible, student-centered learning environments. Work a consistent 40-hour week with paid sick leave in Chicago, IL. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement for high school
