Job Summary
As a High School Special Education Teacher at Freire Schools, you will co-teach and collaborate with general education teachers to foster a culture of critical thinking and achievement in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include familiarizing yourself with IEPs, leveraging content-specific curriculum, establishing communication with families about student progress, and participating in professional development. The position requires a bachelor's degree, valid teaching certification, and strong instructional skills, as well as experience with diverse student populations.
