Job Summary
The Teacher will develop and implement Spanish language curriculum for high school students, plan and deliver instruction across whole-class, small-group, and one-on-one formats, create and maintain lesson plans and activities, assess student progress, communicate with parents and staff, maintain student records, and uphold school policies. The role requires knowledge of Colorado Board of Education and ACSI practices, and involves managing classroom environment and behavior, leveraging technology, and collaborating with colleagues to support diverse learners. A Bachelor’s degree with teaching licensure and ACSI endorsement is required, with compensation aligned to the pay range and full-time benefits. Location is Loveland, Colorado, with in-person duties at the school. RCS emphasizes faith-integrated education and professional collaboration with staff and families.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with proper teaching licensure and endorsements
- Hold or able to obtain ASCI Certification
- Experience in instructing students in a classroom setting preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Sheets and Google Documents
