Job Summary
Support approximately 10 students on your caseload while building relationships with the broader student population and providing proactive support around behavior, social-emotional needs, and conflict. Facilitate restorative conversations and mediation, lead family engagement efforts, and track student data to monitor progress. Collaborate with the school team to support students with emotional and behavioral needs, offering assistance beyond required IEP service minutes. Work within a modern high school program serving grades 9–12 using a proactive, relationship-centered approach that prioritizes student thriving over traditional disciplinary practices.
Required Qualifications
- LICSW strongly preferred
- School Services Personnel (SSP) credential strongly preferred
- LGSW candidates may be considered
- Experience working with students with emotional/behavioral needs is highly valued
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
