Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- NJ state certification eligibility requirements after beginning employment (teacher certification not a prerequisite)

- Experience 1-2 years in urban education preferred
- Academic background in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
