Job Summary
Conduct high school visits, deliver educational presentations, and manage territory marketing plans to generate inquiries and meet conversion targets. Schedule and lead multimedia presentations in appropriate classes while providing one-on-one consultations with prospective students and families to guide them through the admissions process. Proactively follow up on inquiries, assist with student matriculation, and organize open house events. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel frequently within BC province, including evenings and weekends. This hybrid role supports LaSalle College Vancouver's design-based programs as part of the LCI Education Network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high school students, parents, and educators
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment, preferably in an educational setting
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
- Must have good credit and qualify for or possess a credit card
- Must be available to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate events and tours
- Must have the ability to complete overnight travel as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with LaSalle College Vancouver's programs and campus is an asset
- Candidates who are available to start immediately are preferred
