Required Qualifications
- Commitment to supporting high school students (grades 9–12) in academic success
- Strong knowledge of Algebra and high school-level math concepts
- Experience tutoring or teaching math (Algebra preferred)
- Ability to explain math concepts in a clear, engaging, and student-friendly way
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds, including Title I schools
- Strong relationship-building and classroom management skills
