Job Summary
Instructional Leader of the High School Campus; responsibilities include Instructional Management, School and Organization Improvements, Student Management, and Personnel Management, Fiscal/Administrative/Facilities management, and School/Community Relations. Requires Master’s degree in educational administration, Texas principal certificate, and TTESS appraiser certification; strong knowledge of curriculum and instruction, ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness, budget and personnel management, policy implementation, data interpretation, and excellent organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills. Experience as a campus-level administrator and in instructional leadership roles. 12-month work year.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in educational administration
- Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate
- Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (TTESS) appraiser
