Job Summary
Dedicated and organized Office Manager overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the school office. Responsibilities include supervising administrative staff, developing efficient office procedures, managing student records and correspondence, supporting budgeting and financial management, coordinating school events and meetings, and serving as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and visitors. Requires strong written and verbal communication, confidentiality, multitasking, and the ability to work independently and with others to support a safe, efficient, and welcoming school environment. Education: minimum 2-year degree with preference for Bachelor’s in business administration or education; experience in an educational setting is valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software is expected.

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a school or educational setting
