Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Pass state teacher certification tests to meet MA state requirements (MTEL)
- MA educator’s license or MTEL SEI endorsement within first year of employment

- 1-2 years experience preferred in urban K-12 settings
- Academic expertise in Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or related fields
- GPA 2.5 or higher by employment start date
